We have just put Just Wholefoods Organic Sprouting Bean Mix onto Steenbergs web shop. I remember my mum used to grow mung bean sprouts in a Kilner jar at home which was quite fun and tasted really fresh and crunchy in salads or used in a stir fry. So in memory of those angry days in the late 1970s, we have been growing the seeds in large jars in Steenbergs office to see how well they work.

Love sprouts. They are also great to make raw hummus with.
Try sprouted sunflowers, you need to reinse them very very well several times a day or they go horribly slimey but they are very delicious.
I am going to try sunflowers, pumpkin seeds etc – sounds great and perhaps fenugreek seeds as someone once told me those were really good.
Fenugreek are lovely – but they reacted with me and I ended up smelling of them, which really was not very nice.
Pumpkin went slimey and were very bitter.
