I didn't convert into imperial as the original recipe is American, so is in cups rather than weights and it was re-worked into metric. I have now included these. Also, UK imperial doesn't work out cleanly for this recipe, however the weights would be 185g = 6.5oz, 85g = 3oz and 450g is 15.875oz, i.e 15oz 14 dr (I think).
